[Divine-Beast/Effect] LV10 ATK/ 4000 DEF/ 4000
You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card (you cannot Set this card). The normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned, Spells, Traps and Effect Monster effects cannot be activated. This card cannot be targeted by the effects of Spells, Traps and Effect Monsters. If this card is Special Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard at the End Phase. You can Tribute 2 monsters to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.

Un Tribute Summon est un Normal Summon mais un Normal Summon n'est pas un Tribute Summon ange

Fais gaffe avec ce post des mecs vont vouloir faire l'effet de Caius après l'avoir normal summon au lvl 4 grace à Cost Down yikes

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 monsters." is a Summoning Condition. It is not an effect.

Je dirais que non.

dommage que les magies et les pieges qui ne l'affecte qu'un tour n'ai pas été retranscrit.

La pour qu'il soit joué faudrait un support divine beast qui risque pas d'etre inventé.

prend toutes tes carte et lis les tu va tres vite trouver un moyen de te le faire ton support divine beast ou alors on joue pas au meme jeux
